• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Problem solving ability must be high due to the nature of the environment this business operates in
• An ability to think logically
• Electrical, Lighting and Solar sales experience is beneficial.
• Electrical, Lighting and Solar knowledge is beneficial.

​Remuneration & Benefits

• Retirement Annuity after 1 year served.
• A competitive basic salary is offered depending on experience and track record.
• Commission is paid on GP above target. Good salesmen and salesladies earn more commission than their basic salary. Effort, experience, efficiency and relationships determine commission.
• A monthly bonus is also paid on admin, presenteeism, initiative and teamwork.
• An annual performance bonus is paid in December.
• Hospital plan after 3 months served.
