Door-to-door Delivery

Northside is a durban-based company that partners with courier companies to deliver door-to-door within South Africa (all nine provinces).

On check out, you will need to indicate the following:

• Physical address (not PO Box addresses)
• Area code within South Africa
• Contact numbers

Delivery typically occurs during working hours, 8am to 5pm. Therefore, please provide your daytime delivery details.

Northside does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

If nobody is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the goods a maximum of 3 times before returning them to Northside.

Delivery Costs

Deliveries are based on a Flat Fee of only R99.

PLEASE NOTE: There are items that incur a surcharge and do not qualify your order for the Flat Fee of R99. These are noted on the product page under “Shipping” and will not allow you to checkout until the surcharge fee is calculated.

FREE delivery is on orders over R1000.

PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for free delivery your orders cannot contain surcharge products.

Delivery Time

We require up to 24 hours to process you order before dispatching.

Delivery time after dispatching to major centres and outlying areas is typically between 3-5 working days.

Deliveries typically occur during working days, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Depending on the courier company used, there may be weekend deliveries.

These times are estimates based on orders being placed during weekdays (Monday to Friday) with no public holiday interference and any delays in payment confirmation.

Our courier services all close for booking at 2pm daily. Therefore, orders done after 2pm will be processed and booked the following day.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on weekends or where a public holiday interferes will take longer to be delivered. Deliveries done during the festive season may also take longer. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We outsource deliveries to courier companies thus orders are subject to courier company delivery capabilities and may incur delays to delivery times.
